The evenings can be warmed by a large stone fireplace and you can enjoy dinners and lunches outdoors

with aoutdoor stone barbecue(equipped with fountain, deck chairs, tables, etc.).

The price includes the exclusive use of the entire Masseria (Max 8 beds), lawn, parking and outdoor spaces.

It consists of 2 floors:

Ground floor - a large living room of 50 square meters with kitchen, fireplace, sofa (double bed), armchairs, tables and everything needed for cooking (salt, plates, pots, grills, etc.).

1st floor- 2 double bedrooms, a little bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom.

The panorama is enchanting, very close to some sheep tracks, used in the past for transhumance. Ideal for ecological walks, trekking and mountain biking. Allowed to bring animals of all sizes.
